so happy with these guys. Top notch! installed the system i wanted, with quality components, and kept it clean, upgrading my board too! no ugly conduit or cables on my exterior walls! can't recommend them enough! sure, i got cheaper quotes, but those company's didn't have good user reviews, or dubious products. so here i am passing it on... go and get a quote! I'm just sat back and let them do everything!

Matthew and Green Life Solar Energy installed my 8.32 kW system late in 2013. Matthew came out to do a quote on site (unlike others) and took the time to explain the options, components and benefits available. Matthew is passionate about what he does, is highly responsive to follow up questions and provides a very high level of excellent, personalised customer service. And the system? In the 28 days from 11 January to 8 February 2014 we produced 1,293 kWh, used under 25% of that, and sent 1,000 kWh back to the grid. The system will pay for itself in 4 years. We couldn't be happier!

Matthew & his installation team are true professionals in an industry that can be quite confusing for most customers - so confusing that I was not going to install a solar system due to concern about being sold inferior & unreliable equipment. Matthew makes it very simple - you deal with the owner of the business who designs a system specifically for your site (we had slight shading) using the best equipment (SMA inverters & REC solar panels - products which have proven to be the best in their fields) at an honest price for a true quality system (installed by professionals). All details/specifications of the system were quoted in writing - I was totally confident in receiving a genuine system due to this - there was no 'grey' areas regarding the equipment to be installed or its quality. Thank you to Matthew, Patrick (installer) & his team for taking great care in the design/supply & install of our system.

Agree 100% with previous testimonials: a positive experience from start to finish. I did a lot of research on systems and components and Matthew's advice corroborated what I'd learnt. He was both knowledgeable and honest: a rarity in the trade I soon found out! It was obvious from our first meeting that Matthew believes in what he does and the quality components he's chosen to sell and he willingly, promptly, transparently and enthusiastically answered any and all of our questions, in person or via email/phone. Pat and the installation team were courteous, friendly, good humoured, paid attention to detail, turned their radio down without complaint when requested (important for us and not always the case with 'tradies') and smoked off-premises (when not requested, another plus). The work site was left as it was prior to commencement of install. No rush job here. Greenlife more than filled the brief on all counts when it came to quality advice, before- and after-sales service and installation, an exception in a field populated by fly-by-night outfits that possibly won't exist in five years, are in it for a fast buck and rely on the consumer's lack of knowledge about solar to make that buck. I talked to around a dozen companies and about half of the reps knew less about their components than I did, therefore it was easy to pick when they were trying to 'pull a fast one', and only a couple actually bothered to get on the roof to have a look! (If they don't get up there and only provide a 'guesstimate' rather than an accurately measured, realistic system plan, cross them off your list!) Save yourself some time, effort and risk. I've done the research, sifted through the dross, and transparency and knowledgeable advice are rare. Beware hidden costs and don't be fooled by the many shysters (and this includes some of the well-known, 'big' name, supposed experts in the game). Quality company, five stars all round, highly recommended. Top job, Greenlife!

We are extremely happy with our 5 KW solar system. Matthew was very helpful with our many questions and always answered quickly & in language that we were able to understand. The installers were on time & had the system up & running that day. They even cleaned up after the job was finished!

After much research I did business with Matthew and Patrick from Greenlife. Not only did they supply a high quality system at a competitive price but they did everything they said they would ahead of time. The whole process from beginning to end was no fuss an no stress from my point of view. The install is neat and the system (SMA x2 plus 10kw REC panels) is working amazingly well even in this terrible weather. We are a delighted customer. Thanks again Greenlife.

We wanted to upgrade our small "old" system which was taking up a big slice of available roof space and Matthew took us through all options and gave us a lot of confidence to proceed. Installation was done quickly and professionally. We feel we have got very good value for money and we highly recommend Matthew and this company.

What a fantastic company - Matthew the salesperson (co-owner) provided a 'down to earth' sales pitch which complimented all the research that we had previously done. His knowledge of the solar world is unsurpassed - we shortlisted four salespersons, most who were in for a quick sale; however, Matthew provided guidance and advice with regards to purchasing a system and when he left he provided a quote and reminded us that even if we did not buy from his company for us to fully investigate what value we were getting for our money. Needless to say the system we purchased was a 5KW REC system with a SMA Sunnyboy Inverter, although at the higher end of the range we settled on quality rather than price. Matthew did everything - we signed a contract and from then on he facilitated all liaison and paperwork with other agencies. It was to take up to six weeks for all approvals etcetera to be completed prior to installation - Matthew had this completed in less than four weeks. On the day of installation Patrick (co-owner) was fantastic - he turned up on time, was well presented, introduced himself and his assistants, explained what he had to do and then cracked on with the job. Patrick commenced the job at 8AM and was packed up ready to explain how to operate the system by 3PM. Patrick, like Matthew had an in depth knowledge of the system, he produced a hand over pack which explained the system, any possible problems and how to rectify these. He left reiterating that should there be any issues to ring either him or Matthew immediately. and all possible problems and left his business card should anything go wrong. Sonny Boy has been performing excellently....on day of installation he generated 2.9KW, the following day 16.9KW and today 24.8KW.......how much happier can we be.

We have a high quality system installed at a very competitive price and know that we made the right decision after considerable reseach into solar. Matthew and his team are highly recommended- five stars for sure.

We are very pleased with the service. Matthew and the team were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After dealing with several other solar companies, it was nice to have a trouble free installation. The run down on how the system worked after installation and the handy reference folder given to us was much appreciated. We would have no problems in recommending Greenlife to other people.
