On 23 December 2024, a solar panel and battery system (Evantra) was installed at my residence by Aus 1 Energis Pty Ltd. Regrettably, the inverter and battery system failed just three days after installation. Upon contacting both the installer and Evantra—who claim to operate a 24/7 support line—it became apparent that this service functions merely as a call centre, collecting names and contact details without providing any immediate technical assistance. In my opinion, their claim of operating a 24/7 support service is both false and misleading. During the system failure, the inverter emitted sparks, raising serious safety concerns regarding whether the solar panels were continuing to charge the batteries. This created a potential fire hazard due to the non-functional inverter and Battery Management System (BMS). Despite repeated efforts over several days to obtain assistance, I eventually managed to reach an individual who provided only basic instructions on how to shut down the system, specifically the battery. No qualified technical support was offered to diagnose or resolve the fault, and I was instead instructed to carry out troubleshooting steps that were well beyond my technical capability. In addition to the system failure, the installation process itself was substandard. Several roof tiles were broken during the installation. Although I had been advised to purchase 30 spare tiles as a precaution, the installers chose not to replace the damaged tiles and instead applied silicone to cover the damage. This approach was wholly inadequate and unprofessional. In my opinion, this company exemplifies what is colloquially known as a "fly-by-night" operation—entities that offer poor service, fail to provide any meaningful post-installation support, and cease communication once payment has been received.

I installed a 40kW system that hasn't worked correctly since the day it was installed. They still haven't fixed it 10 months later. Stay away from them. If there is a problem, it is like extracted a tooth to get anything done. The worst service from a company that I have experienced!

They installed my solar in March and told me that they will send all paperwork to my electricity supplied waited for months . Realized that my supplier did not even receive the paperwork . Followed up with AUS 1 energis it took a lot of calls for them to forward my paperwork . Worst company ever wouldn't recommend anyone. My solar haven't been connected with my electricity company because the electrician did not put meter number on the paperwork . The paperwork keep on being rejected when being send. Have been following about this without success . Not happy at all with their service.

I had quote from 4-5 companies. I chose Energis as I was happy how the product and process was explained.I could not find any fault with there product or how they delivered the project. Very happy with the product and how everything went.Not the cheapest but quality company. I received my first bill and was very happy with the outcome.

I've had a very mixed dealing with these guys. The Installation and product seems fine but from an administrative side these guys are absolutely hopeless. Some issues: - 1) Never sent me receipts unless I asked 2) They seemed to forget to notify my power company as they are suppose to that we are on solar power, so my 1st 7 weeks of operating solar power was a waste. I've having to chase them??? 3) Never call you back when you need assistance 4) Install was months overdue I would not recommend these guys.

From the initial enquiry to the installation I cannot fault Aus1Energis. The price was exactly in the region I wanted to pay, the installation was great (no rubbish left around at all), the installers turned up on time and went about the installation in a very professional manner. Thank you Aus1Energis. I would recommend Aus1Energis to anybody looking to install a solar sysem.

The installers were very professional. However, they are only sub-contractors to Aus1 so it depends on your luck as to who gets to install your system. If using a credit card to pay the deposit, my experience is that Aus 1 will charge your credit card for remaining costs without obtaining your permission first.

Aus 1 energis did a good job with my solar, the sales rep was great, the service was also good and assisted me well, I am very happy with the installation and the quality of the system and was all completed on time.
