Had my system installed in July, just after 3 months the inverter gone faulty, took 2 weeks for a technician to come and checked on the system, took another 2 weeks to submit warranty claim paperwork, then i got a phone call stated that the inverter will arrive end of November. Now is December, haven't heard anything from them. Requested for production lost compensation, right away customer service rejected any compensation, i have to cope 3 months or longer production lost. Before purchasing the system, the sales guy will keep pitching but once the contract was signed, you heard nothing from anyone. Can't you paid for a few thousands dollars system, you get no compensation, and the worst thing is it taking forever for just a warranty claim. Do not want anyone to be cheated again by this mob, stay away.

Would have to be the worst company I have ever delt with , after sales service is absolutely crap , have had the system for nearly 12 months and still dont have a system that works correctly or to full capacity.

Found them in Tea Tree Plaza, sales rep, very patient explained how it works and took a look to the property himself. already 2 days after paying the deposit the system was installed, and very neat as well. Meter gets installed in 3 weeks. Can recommend Green Engineering.

Whilst there was a slight delay in install time due to shortage of stock they kept me informed as to the situation. The sales consultant was very informative and the installer was also very good. The installation went smoothly and looks very neat and tidy. I would be happy to recommend Green Engineering for your Solar System.
