After waiting for nearly 4 years have not received to much of a saving in our electricity bill have spoken to the installer who has come out to the premises and tried to make it better but bills remain the same not very happy with after market sales as have not heard from Mark group since contract was signed. A 5kw system should service 2 people over the age of 50 especially when one is away 2 weeks of the month. Was misled into buying a system that I believe is not up to scratch. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.

I had trouble getting any firm to quote: as soon as I said, "There is Asbestos in the walls", other firms said they would not touch it. The Sales rep for Mark Group, however, did know his stuff, and simply asked was there any in the ceiling or roof. I said no, and he said, "Well, we will take the wires through the roof." All very well, I thought. Till the actual installation.... In September, 2012.... the installers had not been informed of the asbestos, and were cheerfully drilling into the wall, with no dampening of the outer layer; nor were they wearing breathing masks!! The foreman sent the apprentice on the roof to do some other job, while he went to Bunnings, to get proper masks. I was stunned, to think that Mark Group would so cavalierly risk workers' health! Apparently, inverters do not work in hot conditions. So, where do you suppose they installed the inverter for my system? Why, on the same side of the house as the panels, of course, on a white-painted, un-shaded wall! The North West. So, come summer, the silly thing stopped working! After a year of desultory requests, they finally sent some one out to inspect. Then a new inverter had to be ordered from China (What...? I had been told it was German!) By this time, the whole thing had been out of action for some 18 months..... Not happy Jan!! Now the man has come and installed the new one, in the same place as the old one was. I presume, come next summer, as soon as it gets too warm, it will stop working also! I know the item is under guarantee, but this seems inefficient to me! If I could give them NO STARS, I would!

After initial consultation, sales rep was always happy to make time and answer any further questions. Installation was fast and tidy. Price was very competitive. Was contacted by company after installation to ensure all went well. Only hassle was waiting for distributor to connect to the grid. All in all ,happy to recommend.

Initial quote was average, paid deposit pending finance, promised by Patrick Kearns that if finance was refused my deposit would be returned(email). Finance refused and they kept my $500..... isn't that theft!! Not happy at all, emailed Mr Kearns several times, no reply. Emailed their head office via website inquiry, no reply!! I wouldn't deal with these charlatans!!

I was impressed by mark group they offered an amazing service, the sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn't there for the installation but the job looked beery neat and tidy when I got home so fairly happy with that. the time from the installation to the bi directional metre turning on took quite a while though which was a tad displeasing. all in all a very good job thank You Mark Group

Mark Group did a remarkable job! not a single complaint lets put it that way, the service was impeccable and the installation was done without a problem. I would recommended anyone wanting solar power to use Mark Group, thank you Mark Group and also a thanks to Australian Solar Quotes for giving me the quotes.

Mark Group took too long to install the solar system, but the panels and inverter are working great. I wouldn't trust the Sales Rep, and do not recommend him.

The sale is quite good. We are happy with the service. The only thing we don't like is that the communication between diamond energy with us is quite bad. We didn't know what was going on during the transition after 3 months. And the sale didn't mention that Diamon energy has a limit of 600KQ feed into the grid. That means you can earn maximum $120 a quarter with Diamon energy.

I found the sales rep from Mark Group extremely helpful and was able to explain what I need to know.The comunication was great and kept me informed at all stages. The installers turned up right on time and got straight into it and were finished by mid afternoon. I would recommend the Mark Group for solar installation
