Support centre launched by Samil Power solar Inverters

The manufacturer of micro, string and central inverters, Samil Power, now offers its customers the Global Support Centre, which will respond to all future technical requests.

This Global Support Centre is a vital aspect of its Global Service Concept. Customers can contact the right person during local business hours through the Support Centre by way of local telephone numbers. When customers call the Samil Power Global Support Centre, they will always talk to a native speaker, enabling an easy conversation as well as the prompt and targeted managing of requests. Having direct contact to Samil Power employees in technical and research and development departments, Samil Power Support Centre employees act as a gateway and can offer customers fast results and short response periods. Samil Power’s Global Support Centres have now been launched in Australia, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Preparations to open Global Support Centres in other countries are also in progress.

Sykes Enterprises will service Samil Power’s Global Support Centre. Wolfgang Royer, Samil Power’s Vice President for Service and Sales Operations, is extremely happy to be working with Sykes Enterprises who are worldwide experts when it comes to customer contact management solutions. He also states “The local presence of our service technician and a professional logistics and customer-oriented Support Centre completes our service, in order to respond promptly to all customer concerns.”
